Design and Construction Manager
Responsibilities:
Effective follow up with vendors / contractors / consultants.
Responsible of timely and quality construction of offices, MSC’s, Franchises and other commercial outlets
Supervise Team
Act as a Linchpin between different departments within the division.
Weekly report, highlighting regional activities Responsible for issuing rental / other payments to lessors / vendor.
Should be able to handle heavy work load effectively and efficiently.
Should be flexible to travel frequently
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or extensive/long professional experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
